There’s a long-standing debate in the meatless community about being vegetarian vs vegan.  What’s the right answer? Before we answer the vegetarian vs vegan question, let’s make sure we all know the difference. A vegetarian is someone who does not eat any meat.  This includes not consuming any beef, poultry, lamb, fish, or anything else that had a heart and a face and was alive.  A vegetarian DOES generally eat dairy, eggs, honey, and other products that are PRODUCED by animals, but that animal did not have to sacrifice its life in order to provide a person with food. One secret to making quick vegetarian recipes is one you might not expect.  It’s not having a bunch of different recipes that you can make at a moment’s notice, but still have to spend a ton of time reading a preparing. What’s the definition of a vegetarian, or a vegetarian definition? A vegetarian definition?  Well, that’s simple.  Right? Vegetarian Definition: Someone who doesn’t eat meat — no beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, fish, or otherwise. But wait…a lot of people would say that a vegetarian is more than that.  That a vegetarian is an activist for change.
