Arabic Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber cubes
  • 5 green olives
  • 5 black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves

Dressing

  • 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice (for dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baharat (A Lebanese spice mix, prepared and kept handy, like Indian garam masalas or curry powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pomegranate powder
  • salt to taste

A delicious and quick salad.

Directions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour the dressing on top.
Step 3
Serve Immediately.
