Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Corn kernels,blanched
- 2 medium bunches Fresh spinach leaves,finely shredded
- 2 cups Cooked basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

| Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan. Add the cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour, add the ginger-green chilli paste and sauté for thirty seconds. | |

| Add the corn kernels. Mix well and sauté for thirty seconds. | |

| Add salt. | |

| Add the spinach leaves and toss well. Cook for one minute. | |

| Add the cooked rice, mix well. Add lemon juice and toss well. | |
